USAGE
Recommended use: take two capsules 2-3 times a day before meals or 90 minutes after meals with a glass of water. Warnings: do not exceed the established recommended daily dose. Capsules should not be used as a food substitute. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle is important.
